📋 Description

  • Provide national-level analytics to support employee benefits strategy, client consulting, and

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or
  • Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally in employee benefits, healthcare analytics
  • Knowledge of underwriting practices, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial
  • Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, benefits data, and data-driven analysis.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable recommendations.
