Lead national BAS field service operations across the United States
Oversee BAS service, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and small projects
Coordinate with remote BAS operations and customer onboarding
Develop standards, processes, tools, and training for consistent service
Act as escalation point for complex BAS issues
Travel nationwide as required (approximately 30–50%)

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in BAS/ HVAC controls or related building systems
5+ years in service operations, leadership, or management
Strong BAS service operations knowledge and field delivery
Experience managing technicians or technical teams
Understanding of HVAC systems, control sequences, and complex BAS troubleshooting
Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographic markets
