📋 Description

Lead 3rd party payer contract negotiations with payers
Develop contracting strategy aligned with market trends
Manage and negotiate national and regional contracts
Analyze contracts, proposed fees, and negotiate financial terms
Lead payer petitioning to overturn or secure coverage decisions
Serve as owner/conduit for each 3rd party payer

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting and/or IS required
Master’s Degree preferred
8+ years healthcare administrative experience
Strong MS Excel and MS Office, BI tools experience
Experience with multiple state payors preferred
Ability to work off-hours and handle confidential data
