National Operations Manager (Audit & Certifications)

📋 Description

• Lead national audit and certification operations to deliver safe, compliant and efficient outcomes.
• Manage audit teams to meet scheduling, utilisation, productivity and quality objectives.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements, including JASANZ and program obligations.
• Drive operational performance via KPI monitoring, reporting and improvement.
• Support workforce planning, auditor capability, training and skills matrix management.
• Partner with Business Manager on planning, cost and growth initiatives.

• Proven experience leading operational teams in audit, certification or related services.
• Strong understanding of certified management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing financial performance and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to balance quality and business outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills; proficient with MS Office and reporting tools.
