📋 Description

• Deliver high-touch, personalized business travel support for a client portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships and help travelers save time and control costs.
• Cover air, rail, hotel, car rental, black car, ferry, and charter bookings.
• Identify best solutions using modern booking technologies and a consultative approach.
• Maintain attention to detail while balancing traveler experience, policy compliance, and cost
• Collaborate with internal and international colleagues while managing portfolio independently.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a core business travel environment; VIP travel a plus.
• Strong knowledge of business travel, including air, rail, hotels, car rental, OTAs, and related
• Proficiency with major GDS platforms (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus).
• Experience with mixed-mode booking tools and frontline support for offline/online processes.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Strong problem solving, detail orientation, and multi-priority management.
