NAVY/Watch Team Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor, detect, and take immediate action on network events and incidents.
• Identify problems and take actions per Watch Team procedures.
• Create formal reports and assign work requests to the proper group.
• Collect and analyze events from multiple sources, correlating IT data.
• Advise the Operations Officer on effective business processes to achieve results.
• Manage, track, and file all client information per procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• IAM Level I certification (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, or Security+ CE, HCISPP).
• Background in IT business processes and cyber incident response.
• At least 3 years on an operations staff supporting the Watch Team Lead.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, SharePoint, and event management systems.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies for networking, servers, and applications.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24x7x365 shift-based environment.
