NCR Trainer

📋 Description

• Deliver Counter-sUAS training across the National Capital Region
• Coordinate training logistics, facilities, schedules, and requirements
• Liaise with military units and agencies to identify training needs
• Maintain training records and provide status updates
• Support curriculum delivery and student evaluation per standards
• Ensure training aligns with doctrine and mission needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional, training delivery, or coordination
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Active Secret security clearance required
• U.S. citizenship required
• Experience with NCR training facilities and partners preferred
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder mgmt skills
