📋 Description

• Provide network support within a 24x7x365 managed services environment, responding to incidents and
• Perform break/fix troubleshooting, software updates, configuration changes, and feature
• Troubleshoot Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, switches, routers, access points, VPNs, and related
• Collaborate with external vendors and telecom providers to diagnose hardware, circuit, and
• Apply ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes during requests and outages.
• Monitor networks to identify and resolve performance or availability issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years in a NOC/network operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, switches, routers, and APs.
• Experience with VPN technologies, data/voice circuits, and network monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with load balancers and IP telephony (Cisco CCM, Unity, UCCX, Webex, Teams).
• ITIL-based incident tracking system experience (e.g., ServiceNow, CA Service Desk).
