Manage and support enterprise network infra, on-prem and hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure).
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless controllers.
Manage cloud networking components: VPCs, VNets, NSGs, subnets, and cloud gateways.
Provide L2-level troubleshooting for complex network and infra issues.
Execute L2-level upgrades, hardware refreshes, patching; ITIL change management.
Participate in major incident management (P1/P2) and on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

Total Experience: 4 to 7 years.
Relevant Network Experience (Enterprise/Corporate): 4 to 6 years.
Hands-on L2 experience with enterprise networking tech: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, AWS, Azure.
Familiarity with network security best practices and configurations.
Ability to work in 24x7 shift operations, including night/weekend rotations.
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent.
