Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable enterprise networks across offices, labs, campuses
• Set strategic direction for network services through architecture, standards, roadmaps, lifecycle
• Own production operations including on-call, incident response, escalations, and time-sensitive
• Use telemetry and incident learning to eliminate recurring failure modes via automation and IaC.
• Develop dashboards, telemetry, alerts, and health checks for network visibility.
• Implement and operate routing, switching, wireless, WAN, Internet edge, firewall, NAC

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise networks with Cisco IOS, Cisco Meraki, Palo
• Strong routing/switching fundamentals: BGP, OSPF, VLAN/VRF, WAN, Internet edge, high availability.
• Production troubleshooting across packets, logs, telemetry, configurations, circuits, and hardware.
• Network observability using SNMP, syslog, NetFlow, packet capture, ELK, Grafana or similar.
• Security fundamentals: ACLs, firewalls, VPN, 802.1X/NAC, device profiling, least privilege.
• Automation with Python, Go, Terraform, Ansible, APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
