📋 Description

• Lead strategic operational initiatives to improve processes, governance, and organizational
• Standardize workflows, SOPs, documentation, and best practices across Network Operations.
• Evaluate operational and provider-related challenges, identify root causes, and recommend scalable
• Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, process maps, decision documents, and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business transformation, consulting, or process
