Network Strategic Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and execution of new initiatives in Network Operations.
• Serve as project manager with plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and launch requirements.
• Support initiatives from concept through post-launch follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and propose solutions.
• Maintain project docs, trackers, status reports, and launch readiness materials.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2+ years in operations, project coordination/management, or healthcare operations.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience with technical platforms, workflows, and application funnels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (filters, vlookup/xlookup, conditional
• Strong organizational skills, timely deliverables, and clear communication.
