Neuropsychologist

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages with families and collateral sources
• Interpret diverse psych and neuropsych test batteries; occasional direct test administration
• Serve as SME for neuropsychological assessment use and interpretation
• Supervise the psychometrist to ensure accurate data collection
• Prepare detailed neuropsychological reports and brief summaries for clients, families, and referring providers
• Deliver clear feedback sessions to explain findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations
• Collaborate with care team to inform treatment planning
• Conduct in-person and virtual sessions with patients and families

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program
• One year predoctoral internship with neuropsychology specialization preferred
• Two year postdoctoral fellowship with neuropsychology specialization preferred
• An equivalent combination of experience, supervision, or training considered
• Licensed in California or New York preferred
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
• Experience conducting testing virtually and in person
• Familiarity with online web-based applications
• Effective therapeutic communication skills
• Able to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space
• Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check
