🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
1+ years of experience with mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, and/or
Graduating in the class of 2026 or 2027
Solid understanding of GD&T, mechanical fundamentals, structural analysis, and failure modes of
Experience with CAD and/or finite element analysis (FEA)
Experience with Six Sigma and basic failure analysis tools and methods
