Night Shift Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes (trach/vent care)
• Deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients
• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
• Communicate with families and care teams
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
