📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end localization projects for clients and language professionals.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and quality to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone; report activity to internal teams.
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelance translators and interpreters.
• Oversee projects from planning through final delivery in a remote, global environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, business administration, or customer service.
• Knowledge of localization processes and the language services industry.
• Experience with CAT tools: Smartcat, MemoQ.
• Familiarity with Translation Management Systems such as Trados.
• University degree in Business Administration, Translation, Languages, or related field preferred.
• Advanced English (Native or C1) with fluency in another language.
