📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end localization projects from planning to delivery
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction in a global setting
• Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
• Engage internal teams to report activity and stay aligned
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelancers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, admin, or customer service
• Knowledge of localization processes and language services
• Experience with CAT tools: Smartcat, MemoQ
• Familiarity with TM systems such as Trados
• University degree in Business/Translation/Languages preferred
• Advanced English; fluency in another language
