Night time Localization Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end localization projects with clients and language professionals.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
• Oversee project phases and establish realistic timelines for delivery.
• Use Plunet for project lifecycle management.
• Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone; update internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve delivery issues proactively.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, business administration, or customer service.
• Knowledge of localization processes and the language services industry.
• Experience with CAT tools such as Smartcat and MemoQ; familiarity with Trados.
• University degree in Business Admin, Translation, Languages, or related field preferred.
• Advanced English (Native or C1) plus fluency in another language.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and cross-cultural communication skills.
