Monitor client infrastructure and networks using provided tools
Handle incident management via ITIL-based ITSM (ServiceNow)
Answer calls from client contacts to open or check status of incidents
Troubleshoot network-related alerts/incidents and escalate as needed
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, Exchange/O365)
Work with carriers and 3rd party vendors on hardware/circuit issues

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in multiple technologies
Networking: Firewalls, Routers, switches, wireless; Cisco and/or Palo Alto preferred
Experience with servers, storage, virtualization, cloud
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with ITIL-based ticketing (ServiceNow helpful)
Experience with IT observability/monitoring tools (Elastic, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds)
