NOC Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor critical physical infrastructure in data center and edge environments.
• Lead incidents through lifecycle with coordination across engineering and facilities teams.
• Support monitoring, alerting, and operational processes to improve reliability.
• Operate modular, distributed edge data center environments and remote hands support.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Infrastructure Engineering, Networking, IT, Security, and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in NOC, data center operations, or related role.
• Strong working knowledge of PLC, BMS, and/or DCIM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with power and cooling infrastructure in data centers.
• Knowledge of UPS, PDU, CRAC/CRAH, generators, environmental monitoring systems.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and monitoring protocols.
• Experience with Distech, Radix IoT/Mango, Schneider Electric, Siemens or equivalent platforms.
