📋 Description

• Perform non-linguistic quality control of English translations for clinical, regulatory, and
• Review formatting, terminology, dates, units, and consistency per project instructions.
• Use CAT tools and QA software to identify and resolve issues.
• Verify content from non-editable/handwritten sources and check formatting after conversion.
• Manage multiple small assignments with short turnarounds while staying accurate.
• Self-assign work, document findings, report discrepancies, escalate risks when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in language QA or localization QC.
• Experience reviewing clinical/regulatory/pharmacovigilance docs is valued.
• Proficiency with CAT tools: XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, or equivalents.
• Experience using QA tools: Xbench, Verifika, or integrated CAT QA features.
• Strong knowledge of Word Track Changes and review workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
