📋 Description

• Perform non-linguistic quality control of English translations for clinical, regulatory, and
• Review formatting, terminology, numerical data, dates, units, consistency, and project instructions
• Use CAT tools and QA software to identify and resolve formatting and technical issues.
• Verify content after conversion from non-editable or handwritten sources; perform formatting
• Manage multiple small-volume assignments with short turnaround times and high accuracy.
• Self-assign work based on capacity; document quality findings; report discrepancies; escalate risks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in language quality assurance or a localization quality control
• Experience reviewing clinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, or life sciences documentation is
• Proficiency with CAT tools such as XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, or equivalents.
• Experience using QA tools including Xbench, Verifika, or integrated CAT QA features.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Track Changes and document review workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
