📋 Description

• Perform non-linguistic quality control of English translations for clinical, regulatory, and
• Review formatting, terminology, numerical data, dates, units, consistency, and project instructions
• Use CAT tools and QA software to identify and resolve formatting/technical issues.
• Verify content from non-editable/handwritten sources and perform post-conversion formatting checks.
• Manage multiple small-volume tasks with short turnaround times and high accuracy.
• Self-assign work based on capacity; document findings; report discrepancies; escalate risks when

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of language quality assurance or localization QC experience.
• Experience with clinical/regulatory/pharmacovigilance docs is valued.
• Proficiency with CAT tools: XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, or equivalents.
• Experience using QA tools: Xbench, Verifika, or CAT QA features.
• Strong knowledge of Word Track Changes and review workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
