📋 Description

• Lead Sub-Region strategy for North & Western Europe within EMEAI.
• Set annual sales targets; ensure S&OP forecasting and execution.
• Grow customer portfolio and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute marketing plans; monitor opportunities and pipeline.
• Drive market insights, portfolio improvements, and brand visibility.
• Lead Area Managers and teams; manage recruitment, reviews, and promotions.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Engineer Diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years sales management experience.
• Strong knowledge in animal nutrition & health; market understanding.
• Structured planning with long-term action roll-out.
• Experience managing multicultural, remote teams; strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
