🎯 Requirements

5–8 years in database engineering or backend data systems.
3+ years hands-on with Azure Cosmos DB and MongoDB in production.
Deep Cosmos DB knowledge: partitioning, RU/s, indexing, consistency, TTL, multi-region.
Deep MongoDB knowledge: replica sets, sharding, indexing, aggregation, tuning.
Experience designing for high concurrency, multi-tenant SaaS; profiling and monitoring.
Proficiency in designing distributed data models and data lifecycle management.
