📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize customized Notion environments to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Assess existing workflows and tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement customized Notion workspaces for business needs.
• Create databases, templates, dashboards, trackers, calendars, CRMs, knowledge bases, and task
• Develop scalable workflows to enhance organization and information access.
• Configure advanced Notion features (formulas, relations, rollups, permissions) and provide training.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and managing advanced Notion workspaces with portfolio/project examples.
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization and productivity system design.
• Experience creating custom databases, dashboards, templates, and knowledge management solutions.
• Proficiency with Notion features including formulas, relations, rollups, and permission management.
• Ability to work independently while managing client communication and project delivery.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal
