NPI Engineering Technician

📋 Description

• Support the build, integration, test, and troubleshooting of early-stage systems and
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to execute builds and provide feedback to
• Assist with development and refinement of manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, and
• Transfer product/process knowledge to production teams through hands-on training and build support.
• Perform hands-on debugging of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical assemblies using docs
• Maintain organized work areas and equipment per 6S, safety, quality, and documentation requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, or
• Typically 3+ years’ experience supporting complex electromechanical products, development
• Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, specifications, and BOMs.
• Hands-on experience assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex systems.
• Strong technical documentation skills and ability to document issues, results, and feedback clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cross-functional
