NPI Program Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary point of contact between Waymo and automotive supplier partners
• Coordinate technical & manufacturing discussion and contract negotiations on strategic
• Coordinate with internal and supplier teams to align on technical and commercial deliverables
• Manage program schedules by tracking milestones and delivering progress reports to stakeholders
• Monitor and manage program finances through budget preparation and oversight
• Lead collaborative meetings and proactively resolve obstacles to project completion

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of automotive electronics program management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in automotive product development processes, systems, and milestones
• Ability to define complex problems, achieve team alignment, and deliver strategic solutions to
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with ability to push back when needed
• Proven track record managing multiple priorities in high-pressure environments

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $230,000 — $284,000 USD
