Nurse Practitioner

📋 Description

• Manage full patient panel virtually: perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, sleep.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone).
• Evaluate pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies.
• High-volume environment with documentation and productivity benchmarks.
• Fully remote; schedule between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, patient local time.
• Autonomous clinical decisions daily.

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1
