📋 Description

• Provide patient-centered clinical care via inbox management, prescription processing, and
• Offer urgent visit coverage and transition to same-day/next-day visits when needed
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of interactions and care plans
• Collaborate with care team to ensure safe medication management and clear communication
• Support operational quality and efficiency in an asynchronous environment
• Deliver education and next steps with compassionate written communication

🎯 Requirements

• Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active, unrestricted NP licensure and prescriptive authority in at least five US states, including
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in perimenopause, menopause, and hormone therapy
• Minimum one year of clinical experience managing obesity treatments (GLP-1 agonists)
• Three years of autonomous longitudinal patient panel management, including independent ordering and
• Three years delivering synchronous telehealth in a remote environment; strong ability to operate
