🎯 Requirements

Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
3+ years independently managing perimenopause/menopause patients
3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions
3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
1+ year evaluating/prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies (GLP-1)
