Nurse Practitioner - Connecticut (Remote)

📋 Description

• Fully remote NP role focused on women's midlife health.
• Manage perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT; evaluate pharmacologic weight management incl. GLP-1
• Maintain a full patient panel with ongoing, long-term care and autonomy to make clinical decisions.
• High-volume environment with documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks.
• Schedule supports 7:00 am–7:00 pm in patient local time; remote collaboration across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
