Carrying a full patient panel for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep.
Prescribe and independently manage HRT; evaluate pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1
High-volume, relationship-based care with documentation and productivity targets.

🎯 Requirements

Must live within the state of Georgia; remote within United States.
Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
3+ years managing perimenopause/menopause patients and prescribing HRT
3+ years with continuous NP patient panel and telemedicine
Multiple active state licenses; DEA preferred
Menopause and Obesity Medicine certifications preferred
