📋 Description

• Manage perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT; evaluate pharmacologic weight management incl. GLP-1
• Maintain a full patient panel with autonomous clinical decisions in a high-volume, virtual setting.
• Work across patient platforms, ensuring follow-through and productivity benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause/menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing/titrating HRT
• 3+ years with continuous NP patient panel management
• 3+ years synchronous telemedicine experience
