MD/DO or NP with active US medical license
Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible to practice telemedicine in licensed states
Meets state requirements for telehealth prescribing
Prior telehealth experience preferred
Professional-level English communication; availability to work U.S. business hours
