Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description

• Provide care in a small residential setting supporting up to four individuals
• Deliver direct services including personal cares and health support
• Collaborate with supervisors to develop and support care plans
• Assist with medication administration as trained
• Help with meals and daily living activities
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program in last 10 years
• Nursing Assistant certification not revoked
• Certification/diploma/transcripts must be provided
