Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description

• Provide care in a small residential setting supporting up to four individuals
• Direct services, including personal cares and health-related support
• Collaborate with supervisors to develop and support individual care plans and programming
• Assist with medication administration and health-related tasks as trained
• Assist with meal preparation, household cleaning, and daily living activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program within the
• Nursing Assistant certification does not need to be current but must not be revoked
• Higher education or training in the medical field may qualify in lieu of CNA certification
