📋 Description

• The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program as well as
• Develop and monitor medical policies and procedures to meet licensing requirements.
• Ensure individuals receive quality, individualized health care management for optimal health.
• Develop, manage, and grow Wellness Coordination services.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership aligned with the organization’s mission and policies.
• Provide consultation to area directors and program directors on appropriate nursing services for

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active Indiana license.
• Strong communication skills for documenting care and collaborating with teams.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful background clearance required.
