Nursing Services Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee Wellness Coordination program in assigned area and supervise nursing operations.
• Develop and monitor medical policies to meet licensing requirements.
• Ensure quality, individualized health care management for each individual.
• Lead and direct nursing staff and promote organizational mission and policies.
• Provide medical consultation to area/program directors on nursing services.
• Assist in setting up health care systems in new programs and ensure proper documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current Indiana license.
• Strong written and verbal communication for care docs and collaboration.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successful background clearance as part of onboarding.
• Nice to have experience with individuals with disabilities and supervisory roles.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, triage on-call rotation
