OA&A Process Excellence Principal

📋 Description

• Provide senior technical and process leadership for implementation and maturity.
• Advise on sequencing and scalability decisions for ops solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet real operational needs.
• Ensure analytics, dashboards connect planning to execution and financial impact.
• Contribute to a 3-5 year Digital Strategy roadmap.
• Bridge gaps between systems (Pulse, MES, SAP, analytics) for visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in ops analytics, systems, or process excellence.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• Deep understanding of operations processes, planning, manufacturing, analytics.
• Strong SAP and IBP experience, including module selection and scalability tradeoffs.
• Experience with MES and master data management and production analytics.
• Excellent communication to convey complex concepts to executives and non-technical audiences.
