  • Located on the East Coast.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Math or related field (or equivalent).
  • Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
  • 5+ years in technical support, TAM, consulting, SE or Professional Services.
  • Strong understanding of observability; Grafana, Prometheus, Loki a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 25%.
