📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of customers.
• Design customer observability strategies and maturity roadmaps.
• Guide customers through implementation, adoption, and optimization of observability capabilities.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance during complex operational challenges.
• Conduct reviews, health checks, and architecture assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to represent customer needs and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in technical support, consulting, or solutions engineering in tech.
• Strong experience designing, deploying, operating Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of observability concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple customers/projects simultaneously.
