Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment across care levels for PACE participants.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct home visits as needed.
• Instruct participants, caregivers, and staff on ADLs, exercise programs, and DME use.
• Contribute to IDT care planning and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Support OT program standardization, team education, and quality audits.
• Assist with DME inventory, safety, and infection control standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT or DOT) or equivalent per ACOTE/AOTA standards.
• National Certification or eligibility for National Registration Examination (AOTA).
• At least 1 year experience with frail or elderly populations.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred; other languages a plus.
