🎯 Requirements

  • Masters/Doctorate in OT (MOT or DOT) or equivalent
  • National Certification by AOTA or eligible for exam
  • At least 1 year with frail or elderly
  • Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
  • PACE experience or ADCH/CBAS a plus
  • State driver’s license and reliable transportation
