Ocean Planning Associate

📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end planning and booking of ocean freight shipments within a regional network
• Escalate and resolve issues; drive process improvements for specific trade lanes or carriers
• Coordinate daily operations with Account Management, Ocean Execution, Allocation, Procurement, ROM
• Maintain FMT data: allocation, sailing schedules, cut-off dates, etc
• Perform pre-bookings, support/hypercare trial shipments, and rollover list management
• Share feedback to tech/engineering teams for best practices and function enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in air operation or related roles in freight forwarding/logistics
• Good written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus
• Detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn global supply chain operations
• Customer-focused mindset: respond promptly and professionally to customer needs
