Offboarding Specialist EMEA - 2-Year Fixed-Term Contractor

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for employees of EOR clients.
• Coordinate with operations, payroll, legal, and finance for documentation and information gathering.
• Lead termination calls with clients and terminated employees; address questions and ensure process
• Handle termination requests, asset collection, and final documentation such as final payslips and
• Archive offboarded employee records and maintain data integrity within the Horizons platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background: bachelor’s in HR, business administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as Offboarding/HR Specialist, ideally in an EOR or HR outsourcing setting; strong
• Solid knowledge of offboarding processes, legal requirements, employee separation procedures, and
• Technology proficiency with HR software, CRM systems, and tools for offboarding/communication
