Offensive Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Test internal apps and infra like an attacker, chaining findings into realistic paths.
• Coordinate with engineers to close issues and verify fixes.
• Develop agentic offensive security tooling and PoCs.
• Scope third-party pentests and translate results into remediation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to focus on risk.
• Design and build security tooling tailored to Palantir’s stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in offensive security, pen testing, red team or related field.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Go).
• Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container security (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ability to communicate vulnerability impacts and fixes clearly.
• Hands-on use of Burp Suite, BloodHound/SharpHound, Certipy, Impacket, Responder, Nuclei, etc.
• Understanding of CI/CD and IaC, cloud identities, and attack paths.
