Office Support Dispatch Specialist (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Coordinate non-emergency medical transportation and ensure timely, organized transport for patients.
• Work with EMS leadership and operations to manage requests, dispatch resources, and monitor assets.
• Provide administrative support across documentation, logistics, supplies, and records.
• Combine dispatch, customer service, data management, and healthcare ops in a fast-paced setting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate transportation records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, facilities, crews, and mutual aid partners to resolve transport

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Two+ years dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience in medical provider roles (EMT/Paramedic/MA/RN) preferred.
• EMS industry experience desirable; dispatcher credentials preferred.
• Experience with CAD systems (Zoll/Zuercher) advantageous.
