Office Support/Sample Login Specialist - Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Northeast

📋 Description

• Greet clients, vendors, and visitors to the laboratory
• Answer general questions and provide client support
• Collect samples from on-site drop box and unpack shipments
• Organize/record samples; data entry into LIMS (TALS experience a PLUS)
• Maintain lab areas and assist with customer services
• Handle daily mail and small bottle kit shipments

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equiv; biology/chemistry study preferred
• Fast-paced environment experience; lab exposure preferred
• Strong computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team; detail-oriented data entry
• Customer service skills; English proficiency required
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
