Office Support/Sample Login Specialist - Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Northeast

📋 Description

• Greeting clients, vendors and visitors to the laboratory
• Answer general questions and provide client support
• Collect samples, unpack shipments, and organize/record samples
• Data entry into LIMS; TALS experience a plus
• Maintain department/lab supplies and housekeeping
• Handle walk-in client interactions and daily mail/shipment processing

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; biology/chemistry education preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments; lab/environmental industry exposure preferred
• Strong computer, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team; self-motivated and adaptable
• English proficiency required (read, write, speak)
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
